- What are the opening hours?
Summer: 10:00 to 19:00. Winter: 10:00 to 18:00. (Subject to change due to events or weather conditions.)
- Can I enter without a reservation?
Yes, provided there is availability when you arrive.
- Can I bring food or drinks from outside?
No, bringing outside food or drinks into the venue is not permitted.
- Can I visit only the restaurant?
Yes, you can visit Chileagua Gastro without paying the club entrance fee. This policy is subject to change, so please confirm at the ticket office.
- Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue has accessible entrances and adapted facilities.
- Are pets allowed?
No, except for properly accredited guide dogs.
- Are children allowed?
Yes. Admission is free for children aged 0–6. Children aged 7–14 require a child ticket. Guests under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Can I book events or groups of more than 10 people?

Available from 12:00 to 16:00.

- What admission options are available?
All options include access to the facilities, swimming pool, restaurant and Sport Zone (gym). You can book our Sun Sunbed, Prestige Sunbed, Balinese Sunbed or Caves. All these options include towel service and, depending on your choice, a welcome cocktail and more…
- Is parking available?
Yes, there are public parking spaces beside Hotel R2 Río Calma.
- What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue, including the swimming pool, solarium and communal areas. Smoking is only permitted in the beach area.
